Shipping Policy

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are normally dispatched the same working day.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.
Any shortages, damages or delivery discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

DTR supplies products to trade customers only.
Returns are accepted only where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, supplied incorrectly or where agreed by DTR in advance.
Any shortages, damages or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging and returned in a resaleable condition unless confirmed as faulty.
Once the returned goods have been inspected, an approved refund or replacement will be processed as quickly as possible.
